Do a full body circuit 3 days a week. Mon/Wed/Fri.

Other days stay active and burn fat. Lots of walking and jumping rope.

Warm up for 2 minutes - jumping jacks.
Then 4 circuits. 2 minute walking between circuits.
Pull 10 reps or till failure
Pull ups. Pull ups on pull up bars. Pull ups under dip bars. Jump up on pull up bars and do control negative pull ups. Assisted pull ups with resistance bands.
Push
Push ups against the wall. Push ups against chair. Against stairs. Push ups. Diamond push ups.
Squat
Full squat in to calf raise - 30 reps. Explosive Hop Squats.
Lunges. Switching Lunges.
Hinge
Legs straight laying down, bring knees up to tuck.
Leg raises to sky.
Hanging leg raises.
Meal plan
Oatmeal 1 tea spoon brown sugar, scrambled eggs, milk. No coffee.
Go excersize. Knee raises, leg raises, kick outsides.
Fish sandwich, wheat bread. salad, french fries.
I ate regaular food but I burn off the calories.
